Consisting of: Red Clover Aerial Parts (1% extract), Sage Leaf (2.5% extract), Black Cohosh Root (2.5% extract), Dong Quai Root (1% extract), Licorice Root (1% extract), Chasteberry Fruit (0.5% extract), Blessed Thistle Herb Powder, Red Raspberry Fruit Powder, Soy Isoflavones, Wild Yam Root (16% extract), and trans-Resveratrol (from Polygonum cuspidatum Root Extract).
Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin (bovine), vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

SUGGESTED USE:
4 capsules daily, preferably with meals or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Guidelines
We ship the same or next day, Monday through Friday. If you place an order late on Friday afternoon, or over the weekend, it won't go out until the following Monday.
Generally, our free deliveries take 5-7 days to all major US cities. If you've paid for expedited shipping, then your parcel should arrive within 2-3 days, or overnight if you've selected that option.
Orders to Canada are sometimes subject to a slight delay at Customs.

Q. How do I take it?
Happy Hormones is in capsule form. The therapeutic dose is 4 capsules per day which can be taken at once or split across two doses morning and evening. It's best to experiment, to find which works best for you, however, the most important aspect is consistency in taking the product.
Q. Can I take Happy Hormones with my other medications?
If you have any questions regarding existing medications, then it is best to discuss with your healthcare practitioner. However, in saying this Happy Hormones is very well tolerated with most medications.
Q. Can I take Happy Hormones if I take synthetic hormones?
Yes, you can, and in fact SHOULD take Happy Hormones and Happy DIM if you take any form of hormones. Ideally you should work towards either natural options for contraception or if using hormones as a treatment consider natural options we offer. Our practitioner team can assist you with transitioning off synthetic hormones safely and effectively.
Q. Are there any side effects?
Not in the conventional sense of the word. Happy Hormones is all natural and well-tolerated. In some women there may be an initial cleansing effect which can be reduced by taking Happy DIM and Happy LIVER. Once this has cleared, your health can improve on many levels, not just hormonally.

I've tried a number of over the counter supplements, but the only thing that has lessened the hot flashes I was getting daily is Happy Hormones. A friend of mine from Australia, heard me bitching about my 45min long hot flashes followed by freezing for 20minutes or more and she recommended HH. I'm in the Unites States. I've been taking hh vegan powder for 3 tubs now I think and I find it keeps me stable. Stable moods, stable thinking and mind. Subtle changes that you don't really notice until you miss a few days. I like how you can ferment the vegan powder and always do so overnight. I'm sold!
HH has saved me from hot flushes. It takes about a week to get into your system and take 2 each morning and 2 at night to start then you can take it down to 2 each morning. Eventually you will feel HUMAN once more. I love this product.
